River Cities Glass has been part of the region's building trades since the 1980s. What started as hands-on glazing work grew over the decades into a full-service commercial and residential glass company — and in 2015, we brought that experience together under the River Cities Glass name.
Today, our crew brings decades of combined glazing expertise to every job, from storefront systems and curtain walls to custom showers and specialty glass work. We've built our reputation project by project, and we're committed to being here for the next generation of work, too.
Meet Our Leadership
The Visionary
Billy Cox trained as an engineer before dedicating himself to mastering the craft of glazing — a trade that demands precision, dedication, and focus. Glazing is unforgiving work; without those three qualities, it can quickly turn dangerous. Billy carries that standard through every job, making sure each member of the crew shares that same discipline and commitment to doing it right. Just as important, he genuinely cares about the safety of his team — because in this trade, that care is what keeps everyone coming home at the end of the day.
Chief Estimator
Alex Smith is the mind behind the numbers. As our commercial estimator, Alex knows exactly how much material and labor it takes to get a job done right. Harnessing this expertise means fewer surprises and fewer delays, from the first quote to the final install. Where Billy brings hands-on precision to the crew, Alex brings that same precision to the planning — the yin to his yang, and the reason River Cities Glass projects run the way they should.

Shower Expert
Tim Howard is our shower expert. When it comes to shower enclosures — frameless, custom, or otherwise — Tim is the glazier we turn to. His experience with the fit, function, and finish of shower glass means every enclosure gets installed right, with the clean, precise look clients expect.

Lead Site Superintendent
Tim Kelley is our Site Superintendent. He runs projects in the field day to day, keeping jobs on schedule and on standard — and beyond that, he spends his own time training the next generation of glaziers at the local union. Safety isn't just a policy for Tim; he genuinely cares about the well-being of every person on the team, and it shows in how he runs a job site.
